How long can I try Destmio for free?
14 days, without payment details. You work with your real bookings from day one.
Which properties is Destmio for?
Hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, aparthotels, holiday apartments and homes – from a host with two apartments to a company with several properties.
Where is my data stored?
In a data centre in Germany. Every company has its own database; sensitive data is encrypted on top.
Can I work with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes, through the iCal sync per room or apartment, which flags overlaps. A channel manager with a direct connection is prepared but not switched on yet.
What about German bookkeeping rules (GoBD)?
Invoices get gapless numbers and are locked once issued; corrections go through cancellation invoices and every change is logged. A template for the process documentation is included. Whether your business as a whole meets the GoBD is for your tax adviser to judge.
How do I switch from my current software?
Bring existing bookings over with an iCal link during set-up. For a bigger move, write to us.
Is there an app?
Destmio runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone and installs like an app – with notifications for new bookings.
